It's officially four weeks until the release of Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment's epic DC Films' picture with "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", and the world will be introduced to a brand new Dark Knight. As 2013's Man of Steel introduced us to a brand new Superman, so shall everyone see a new Batman - and the actor chosen to portray the new version of the Caped Crusader for the big screen is none other than Academy Award winning actor/ director/ writer Ben Affleck - who is no stranger to comic books and superheroes and is very much a man burning with passion and determination!
In Batman v Superman, Affleck will play a more tired and weary Bruce Wayne - who secretly fights crime in his city as the Batman, using martial arts skills, gadgets, and his brilliant deductive mind as his arsenal.
Hardened and more experienced that previous versions seen in past Batman films, "Batfleck" will challenge Superman following the destructive events that happened to the world and Metropolis as seen in Man of Steel, fearing that the Kryptonian's power will do more harm for mankind than good. As a result it's a battle between two very different kinds of hero with the entire world watching, not knowing that another force of evil is rising behind the scenes.
With over 70 years of comic book history and a fanbase that respects the character's mission to pursue justice, Batman is the embodiment of human determination and a symbol of good.
