Put your superhero cap on - New Era BvS Caps Spotlight

B'lue/ BvS Super Tap Vendo Challenge: SM Megamall Adventure Recap! (April 5 and 6, 2016)

Are you as Fully Alive as your heroes this summer? With the summer heat wave bearing down in everyone in the Metro, it is important to stay hydrated more than ever. And us here at Justice PH certainly did our part in reminding fellow citizens as we joined B’lue Philippines last April 5-6 in SM Megamall in the latest Super Tap Vendo Challenge!

For the event, the iconic trinity of Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman was joined by a trio of heroes from the DCTV universe. With Speedy on Day 1, speedster Jay Garrick on Day 2, and Barry Allen/ The Flash and Supergirl on both days, it was truly a fine gathering 1of heroes that DC fans and event participants loved. After acquiring and refreshing themselves with a bottle of B’lue Water Plus, participants took on the BvS-inspired Super Tap Vendo Challenge!

They chose to either be on Superman or Batman’s side of the conflict and the game was in full swing! Whether they won or lost, fans were happily greeted in the end by our heroes from Justice PH and took photos with them. Another fun day indeed for everyone involved.

Days after the film’s premiere, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hype has been in full swing! Of course, us here are Justice PH are up front and center of it with B’lue Philippines’ “Fully Alive With Blue” event! 

Last March 29-30, the “Super Tap Vendo Challenge” was hosted at Glorietta Activity Center in Makati.  Their specially designed bottles featuring Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman were displayed up front and center as always to promote DC’s latest cinematic film. With exclusive BvS designed merchandise up for grabs, fans happily joined in the fun by choosing whose side they’re on (Batman or Superman being the choices) and took on the challenge.

After completing the challenge and winning their respective prizes, DC’s heroic Trinity popped up and congratulated the participants of the event. Together with members of their respective heroic families, the heroes struck a pose with the winners, some of whom geeked out in getting the chance to interact with the heroes.

Batman v Superman PH: BvSPH SM North Event recap and Catch The BvS Batmobile at SM Fairview!

Wonder how Batman gets around and fights crime in the streets of Gotham City? Well, he has this awesome car called THE BATMOBILE, and in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Ben Affleck's tenure as the Caped Crusader is further bolstered by the newly designed version of the iconic ride that is just as legendary as The Dark Knight himself! 

Weeks before the premiere of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, fans and media alike had a one-of-a-kind experience in the BvS PH official press launch of the film at SM North EDSA.  A collaborative effort between SM Supermalls, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, DC Entertainment and licensing representatives Pacific Licensing Studios, media and fans alike were invited to the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice “Choose Your Side” event. Scattered around the event were photo booths, collector exhibits, cosplayers, and gaming stations to give everyone a taste of DC’s cinematic universe.

The event also served as the launch for Penshoppe’s collection of BvS branded apparel and accessories. Models walked the BvS-inspired stage with an armored Batman and battle-ready Superman flanking said stage.

Of course, the most notable in this exhibit would be the latest on-screen iteration of the Batmobile. Sleek and armed to the teeth, this incredibly detailed replica wowed everyone present to see it’s unveiling to the tune of Hans Zimmer’s latest Batman theme.

While the experiential exhibit was at SM North Edsa: The Block until April 2, 2016 and has ended, you can NOW go to SM Fairview and check out the BvS Batmobile there starting today, April 6th! So what are you waiting for? Drop by the exhibit and immerse yourself in the coolest DC exhibit yet.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice: The Justice PH Non-Spoiler Review & Premiere Screening recap!

"The Greatest Gladiator Match In the History Of The World" has FINALLY hit theaters, as Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is now open in the Philippines! The Justice PH team has seen it courtesy of an advance premiere screening by Warner Bros. PH, and we would like to say that it was TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT! If you're a DC Comics fan and have been looking forward to next chapter of the DC Extended Universe, this movie does not disappoint... But it certainly is a LOT DARKER than any other comic book movie out there, and that's just fine considering that's the tone the universe has set out for!

Directed by Zack Snyder and taking place about two years after the events of 2013's Man of Steel, Batman v Superman sees Clark Kent/ Kal-El coming to terms with his new role as "Superman" while struggling to be accepted as a hero in the eyes of mankind. After the destruction caused in the wake of his battle with General Zod in Metropolis, a lot of people view Supes as a dangerous threat that left unchecked would cause more harm than good in this world. Sharing this opinion is Bruce Wayne, who is secretly the dark vigilante of Gotham City known as The Batman. Taking matters into his own hands to put a stop to the "Alien" once and for all, The Dark Knight decides to go up against the Man of Steel, while a new and dangerous adversary manipulates the situation from behind the scenes.

After seeing the film last March 22nd at the SM Mall of Asia IMAX theater thanks to WB Phils, members of Justice PH and fellow cosplay community friends suited up as the DC Films incarnations of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman to celebrate the arrival of the "Dawn of Justice"! The film is without a doubt one of those movies that was "A long time coming", and Superman and Batman trade blows and brawl it out in EPIC fashion that during the big moments.

Seeing the DC Trinity on the big screen for the first time is definite the highlight, with plenty of action time coming for each of the characters appearing in this film/ In fact, Ben Affleck's Batman just DELIVERS. It is the Batman from the comics we've all wanted to see, and takes a lot of inspiration from Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns". Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is just GORGEOUS, and you see that the casting was just pat down great with selecting her as the veteran Amazon warrior princess of Themyscira. Henry Cavill's Superman continues to be the conflicted immigrant who tries fit in on his adopted world, but has steadily become more familiar with his place as a hero. These three, along with a great cast that includes Amy Adams back as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, just make the film so entertaining in every single way.

Without giving much of the surprise away, it takes a lot of cues from classic DC Comics stories, and pays a lot of tributes and homages to those storylines that only those with a keen eye for detail will notice. The film may have mixed reviews now... But if you truly are a fan and want to see the seeds of the "Justice League" film put together, you HAVE to see this movie... And better in a large format like IMAX where you can appreciate the detail and sound the film delivers with all the action and story sequences!

B'lue x BvS Super Tap Vendo Challenge Update: Check out the video highlights from SM Manila and SM Southmall!

It's been a BUSY month of March 2016 for us here at Justice PH... And it's all thanks to feeling "Fully Alive With Blue" and promoting their special design bottles featuring Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman as they appear in the upcoming superhero fight of the century film everyone's waiting for - Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice! The film already opens next week, and everyone's so excited to see the Son of Krypton fight against the Bat of Gotham in the big screen!

Of course that means that there's still plenty of chances to catch Bats, Supes, and Wondy with the other superheroes like The Flash and Supergirl in the different activations B'lue Water Plus will visit the remaining days of this month and early April, so be sure to check the schedule at the official B'lue Water Plus Facebook page!
